<h4><strong>Post Title: </strong>Area Technical Operations Manager</h4><h4><strong>Sites:</strong> BH Live Active – Southampton</h4><h4>Salary: £36,225 per annum</h4><h4>Hours: 40 per week</h4><h4>Contract Type: Permanent</h4><h4>Closing date for receipt of applications: Friday 14 November 2025</h4><p><br></p><h4>The role:</h4><p><br></p><p>We are recruiting for an Area Technical Operations Manager to lead the day to day running of the technical operations team across all BH Live Sites in Southampton.</p><p><br></p><p>BH Live operates leisure facilities across this vibrant and lively port city in partnership with Southampton City Council. In line with the council’s ‘We Can Be Active’ strategy, we provide excellent leisure facilities and hundreds of activities for all ages and abilities to inspire and support more communities to be active.</p><p><br></p><p>Centres include The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex, Bitterne Leisure Centre, Chamberlayne Leisure Centre and Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre.</p><p><br></p><h4><strong>You will:</strong></h4><p><br></p><p>· Lead and manage members of the technical operations team directly under your supervision, ensuring that all team members are competent to undertake their required duties and are trained and developed to increase their effectiveness with regards to technical operations.
