Site Location: BH Live Active – Pyramids – Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour

Contract Type: Casual

The role:

BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Services Advisors to join our team, you will be based at BH Live Active Pyramids, which has high-quality fitness facilities including a cardio zone, free weights, functional fitness, group cycle studio and PULSE studio.

BH Live Active, Pyramids also offers a wide range of fitness classes. Classes include Les Mills, yoga, group cycling and much more

You will:

· Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre

· Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets

· Administer and maintain our membership schemes

· Administer a booking system

You will need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good IT and administration skills
• An understanding of the importance of customer care
• Experience in dealing with customers

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
