The role:

BH Live is recruiting for a Membership Advisor to join our team at BH Live Active – Sir David English Centre in Bournemouth You will be friendly, love providing great customer service and will be accountable for the achievement of membership sales.

The centre has a multipurpose group exercise studio with a timetable of group exercise classes running seven days a week including Les Mills™ BodyPump, BodyCombat and Core, circuits, Pilates, yoga, family gym sessions and more.

The centre also is a community sports venue and a hub for club activities, promoting grassroots sports development and working closely with neighbouring schools to encourage young people to be active.

Outdoors there are three six-a-side 3G rubber crumb training pitches and eight netball courts where teams regularly train and compete on a local, regional and national level.

The centre is also home to AirJumpX, a super-sized indoor inflatable obstacle course with a giant side, jelly mountain, wipe-out balls, and assault course. Public sessions and birthday packages are available.

You will:

• Sell with integrity whilst actively working towards set sales targets.
• Provide tours to customers and potential members and create excitement for our products and BH Live Gym Membership.
• Build a loyal membership base.
• Deal with queries relating to memberships from both customers and colleagues.
• Drive outreach opportunities in the local area.
• Act as a brand ambassador for BH Live when attending community events and outreach programmes.
• Generate sales leads.

To be successful you will need:

• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to work hours aligned to the centres opening hours, which may include working weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
• Practical sales experience or a keen willingness to learn.
• Drive and be comfortable hitting and achieving targets.
