The role:
BH Live is recruiting a Customer Operations Manager to join our busy team at BH Live Active – The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex.
Our Customer Operations Managers ensure everyone visiting our centre has a great customer experience, has fun and is kept safe.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for the operations of the centre, whilst on duty and may need to be required to be on call for emergencies.
You will:
- Ensure each department has the appropriate level of staffing and be responsible for the coordination of reactive shift cover.
- Be responsible for and coordinate the safe evacuation of members of the public and colleagues in the event of an emergency.
- Open and close the building.
- Carry out visual building inspections of the building and report any issues to our technical team.
To be successful you will need:
- Confidence.
- Good organisation skills, coupled with great attention to detail.
- Great people skills, be proactive with great communication skills.
- A customer focussed approach.
