The role:

BH Live is recruiting a Customer Operations Manager to join our busy team at BH Live Active – The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex.

Our Customer Operations Managers ensure everyone visiting our centre has a great customer experience, has fun and is kept safe.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for the operations of the centre, whilst on duty and may need to be required to be on call for emergencies.

You will:

Ensure each department has the appropriate level of staffing and be responsible for the coordination of reactive shift cover.
Be responsible for and coordinate the safe evacuation of members of the public and colleagues in the event of an emergency.
Open and close the building.
Carry out visual building inspections of the building and report any issues to our technical team.

To be successful you will need:

Confidence.
Good organisation skills, coupled with great attention to detail.
Great people skills, be proactive with great communication skills.
A customer focussed approach.
