Post Title: Health and Wellbeing Manager

Salary: £31,165 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

The role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at BH Live. You will deliver our Health & Wellbeing programme across our Southampton sites.

BH Live operates leisure facilities across this vibrant and lively port city in partnership with Southampton City Council. In line with the council’s ‘We Can Be Active’ strategy, we provide excellent leisure facilities and hundreds of activities for all ages and abilities to inspire and support more communities to be active.

BH Live Active centres include The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex, Bitterne Leisure Centre, Chamberlayne Leisure Centre and Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre.

You will:

· To manage, promote, coordinate and organise the delivery of the Health & Wellbeing programme across Southampton.

· Identify business development/funding opportunities that support BH Live strategic/business plan objectives.

· Performance reporting to our partners and stakeholders.

· Support all sites to deliver a structured exercise referral programme within their contract. Work closely alongside third parties to set up and maintain pathways of referral into exercise sessions working on maintaining and creating new initiatives.

· Monitor participation numbers, completers, retention and revenue of each contracts exercise referral scheme.

You will need:

· Good organisational skills

· An exercise referral qualification – minimum of Level 3.

· Experience of managing/supervising a team.

· Previous experience of managing/supervising a team

· Practical experience of instructing groups.
