The role:


BH Live is recruiting for Casual Chef to join our team, you will work across two sites which also includes a large outside catering area on the Terrace of Bournemouth Pavilion.


You will:


· Assist the Head Chef with the responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.

· Prepare, produce and present food in line with menus and BH Live Hospitality standards.

· Ensure all finished food products are labelled with the appropriate destination/service area and ready for distribution at the time requested


You will need:


· Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate

· NVQ Level 3 food preparation/City & Guilds catering qualification or a combination of qualification and experience

· Experience of event catering, large number banqueting (500+)

· Previous relevant experience as a Chef in a similar type of operation

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
