The role:

BH Live is recruiting Casual Customer Services Advisors to join our busy team at BH Live Active – Littledown, Located a short distance from Bournemouth town centre, BH Live Active, Littledown is the region's flagship leisure centre. It has high-quality fitness facilities including a well equipped gym with a cardio area, resistance machines, free weights, and functional fitness spaces.

We're also equipped with group exercise studios, including group cycle, an 8-court sports hall, spa facilities, swimming pools, a Terrace Café, soft play, Lookout at Littledown bar, and up to three hours' free customer parking seven days a week.

BH Live Active, Littledown also has a wide range of daily fitness classes. Classes include, Les Mills, yoga, group cycle, circuits, and much more. Available to members and on a pay as you go basis.

We are ideally looking for weekend and evening cover.

You will:

Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre
Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets
Administer and maintain our membership schemes
Maintain the centre’s cleanliness, in particular, the customer service zones

To be successful you will need:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good IT and administration skills
An understanding of the importance of customer care
Experience in dealing with customers
