We are recruiting for maternity cover to join our team as a Swimming Academy Manager, working across multiple BH Live active sites in Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth.
This is a very busy role, and you will manage, deliver and uphold our high standards across all operational areas of the BH Live Swimming Academy.
Working closely with our area and Centre Managers you will ensure consistency, strong financial performance and optimal occupancy levels.
Travel across all sites is an essential requirement of this role, you will need a full driving licence, access to a vehicle and business car insurance – mileage will be paid for travel.
· Provide operational leadership of the BH Live Swimming academy across all relevant centres.
· Ensure delivery of high-quality Learn to Swim and school swimming programmes across all contracts.
· Conduct regular audits of programme performance, including monitoring key performance indicators such as occupancy, progression, and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure the effective use and maintenance of online booking and customer management systems to streamline class registration, payments, and communication.
· Monitor and use customer data and insights to inform programme improvements
· Manage and motivate the Senior Swimming Co-ordinators and ensure their effective performance across their divisional places of work.
· Experience of managing and leading a team.
· A Swim England Level 2 Teachers Qualification
· Experience of working as a Swim Teacher.
· A driving license with access to a vehicle to travel across Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth
· Enhanced DBS clearance.
