BH Live is recruiting for a Casual Line Cook to join our team at the Littledown Centre in Bournemouth. If you are looking for part time hours and flexible working to suit you, this could be a great opportunity.


You will:


Work as an integral part of the hospitality team, assisting with the production of food, providing high quality customer service.


· Preparing and assisting with the production of food at the Centre and to assist the Team Leaders in delivering a high-quality catering operation.

· Assisting in the preparation of menus for both day-to-day requirements and special events.

· Preparing, cooking and serving food to BH Live’s standards

· Maintaining the kitchen areas in a clean and tidy condition, but in particular, clean and prepare all areas associated with catering facilities in accordance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations and BH Live’s Policy and Procedures

· Unload, check and store deliveries of food, beverages and other provisions used within the Centre.

· Ensuring all sections of the 1990 Food Act and 1995 General Food Regulations are complied with.



You will need:


Ideally, you will hold a basic Food Hygiene certificate but training can be provided.
