Bournemouth International Centre
Join the Bournemouth International Centre and Pavilion Theatre's technical stage team as a Technical Supervisor.
This role expands our in-house technical team, responsible for delivering top-tier lighting, sound, AV, stage management, and client services for banquets, entertainments, and conferences. With over 400 events annually, our team covers a diverse range, from live music tours and West-end musicals to opera, conferences, and in-house productions.
Located in beautiful Bournemouth on the South coast, surrounded by stunning beaches and a vibrant town with shops, eateries, and attractions, this position offers a varied schedule across two buildings with six venues, including an arena, art-deco ballroom, and a 1500-seater proscenium theatre.
This dynamic role combines people management skills with creativity and customer service, focusing on the successful delivery of events. The Technical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day event operations, from setup to completion, actively managing teams, handling logistics, and ensuring events meet high expectations.
