We operate leisure centres and attractions across this historic waterfront city in partnership with Portsmouth City Council. Sharing the ambition to encourage ‘a more active city’ we provide hundreds of activities for all ages and abilities to inspire greater participation in physical activity. Centres include Pyramids in Southsea, Exploria, a supersized indoor soft play and bounce centre, and Mountbatten, the city’s flagship leisure and sports centre. A dedicated Tennis and Gymnastics Centre encourage grassroots participation and club-level athletes. A 50m swimming pool, athletics track and velodrome provide a platform for clubs to train and compete.

<h4>Post Title: Customer Operations Manager </h4><h4>Site Location: Mountbatten Centre – Portsmouth </h4><h4>Actual Salary: £28,265 per annum </h4><h4>Hours: 40 hours per week </h4><h4>Contract Type: Permanent </h4> BH Live is recruiting for a Customer Operations Manager to join our team at the Mountbatten Centre in Portsmouth. Our Customer Operations Managers ensure everyone visiting our centre has a great customer experience, has fun and is kept safe. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the operations of our centre. Mountbatten offers a large well-equipped gym, accessible by lift, has multiple zones with something to suit every activity preference and level of fitness. Dedicated training areas have lots of cardio kit to choose from, free weights, functional fitness spaces and more. There is a 50 metre swimming pool (divided into two) with regular public swimming sessions, lane swimming, pool-based classes and lessons. There is also a smaller teaching pool for little ones and lessons. Mountbatten is home to AquaDash – a large pool inflatable course – great fun for young people, team building away days, and parties. Spa facilities include a sauna, spa bath and steam room.
